Faith & Fiber Return Policy

At Faith & Fiber, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, high-quality products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make the return process as simple as possible.

Soap Products

Due to the personal nature of our soaps and for hygiene and safety reasons, all soap sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any soap products.

If your soap arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Soap Products

Unused, unopened, and undamaged non-soap items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
