During periods of high order volume, holidays, or special product releases, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared and packaged.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you realize there is an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Faith & Fiber is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
